The GIST: Not to be overshadowed by all the star power in the Big Apple for Sunday Night Football, Week 4 brought the drama with comeback wins, overtime (OT) tilts, and trick plays galore.

Sounding like a broken record: In last night’s closer-than-anticipated 23–20 win over the NY Jets, Kansas City quarterback (QB) Patrick Mahomes became the fastest QB to toss 200 touchdowns (TDs), reaching the milestone in a mere 84 games. The Man (Patrick’s Version).

Jack King of all trades: Tennessee Titans running back (RB) Derrick “King Henry” Henry dominated in yesterday’s 27–3 dismantling of the Cincinnati Bengals, running for 122 yards and a TD while also throwing for a TD in the dub. What can’t he do?

Still undefeated: Both the Philadelphia Eagles, who eked out a 34–31 OT win over the Washington Commanders, and the San Francisco 49ers, who throttled the Arizona Cardinals 35–16, maintained their unbeaten status yesterday.

Count ’em up: Bills QB Josh Allen scored five total TDs — and posted a mere four incompletions — in his Bills’ 48–20 victory against their AFC East rival, the previously undefeated Miami Dolphins. Squish the fish, indeed.

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch: Despite being up by at least 20 points, both the Chicago Bears and the LA Rams squandered their leads. The Rams roared back for a 29–23 OT dub against the lowly Indianapolis Colts, but the Bears weren’t so lucky, losing 31–28 to the Denver Broncos.
