After months of competition, the first Division I sports will crown their champions this weekend, with both men’s and women’s cross country and field hockey bestowing trophies.

For NCAA fall sports, it’s already the most wonderful time of the year. Unwrap these early playoff snapshots and prepare to celebrate…confetti showers are right around the corner.

While there are still a few fockey games left on the NCAA calendar, nearly all of the 79 Division I (DI) teams have wrapped up regular season play. The next uphill battle? Conference championships.
