Operations and process automation:

  • Develop and execute all operations and automation for our content, growth, and revenue teams, including key workflows (e.g., Airtable, Zapier), processes, and documentation
  • Own the end-to-end workflow for our newsletter ad operations, including cross-functional processes, tracking, and reporting tools
  • Partner with our Senior Growth Marketer to deepen our user segmentation and marketing automation capabilities
  • Provide operational support for major growth initiatives including brackets, major contests, and key partnerships
  • Act as a product manager for major technology releases and launches, supporting our technology team on training, enablement, communications, and cross-functional process ownership
  • Lead non-coding website operations (landing pages, microsites, brackets, etc.) to optimize our web properties, in partnership with our technology team

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a data engineering or analysis role, ideally within media, sports, or digital
  • Proficiency with reporting, BI, and data transformation tools including Tableau, Omni, Sigma, Looker, or others. Fluency in SQL would be a major asset
  • Ability to translate data and reporting into actionable insights, with experience storytelling with data and insights
  • Experience designing new processes or utilizing tools (e.g., Airtable) to optimize or automate business processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, with an enthusiasm for partnering with teams to help them achieve their business goals with data, technology, and process optimization
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, with comfort creating written outputs (slide decks, memos) based on data and insights, and communicating to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with other softwares in our tech stack (Airtable, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Sanity etc.) a nice to have
